  • From 1st April 2015, your pension has been worked out on a career average basis
  • Your pension to 31st March 2015 is protected and worked out on final pay when leaving
  • You can now retire from age 55 and swap pension for tax free cash
  • Normal Pension Age equals State Pension Age for benefits built up from 1st April 2015
  • Employers contribute around twice what you pay in
  • Life and ill health cover continue and all benefits are guaranteed so it's still a great deal.
